Yeah, It’s hard. And yes, It’s late. And YES, you might be hungry. BUT DON’T DO IT. Put any ‘late night snack’ thoughts out of your head and go to sleep! Your body may need food every 5 hours, but that doesn’t mean that it needs it when it isn’t able to be burned off like usual. So when its late at night, and your watching Leno, don’t give into the brownies on your counter.

Eating late at night is a terrible, sneaky way to gain weight. When you sleep you don’t burn off enough calories to cover what you just gave into. So it sits in your stomach…just sits there…until tomorrow morning….when you look at yourself and regret it.

So, sleep! Don’t eat!
