Print out your aspirations!
Have you ever wanted to do something but somehow it gets set aside?
Write your goals out. Sticky notes, prints, pictures, collages….they are all wonderful ways to remind yourself everyday of your goal! Never give up on what you want to do or who you want to become! Always work for what you want. It is much more rewarding in the end!

WORK out??
Does your job require physical activity?? I have recently found out that when it does, it makes you feel much better about yourself when you have to skip the gym for that day. It is something so simple but so effective!
